I'm passionate about guiding clients towards a more balanced lifestyle. My own journey towards health and wellness has given me first-hand experience in transforming unhealthy habits.
Having struggled with an eating disorder throughout my teens and early 20’s, I have a deep understanding of how our relationship with food and eating can affect our lives. I’ve gone to the extremes with diets and exercise. I’ve experienced how unhealthy this behaviour is and how much damage it does to the body… and self-esteem! I eventually found the middle way in life – a balanced approach to eating, exercising and living.
I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for 14 years, incorporating my experience and knowledge to guide my clients to find a balanced approach to their health and wellbeing. I’m qualified as an MB-EAT facilitator, Nutritional Therapist, Yoga Teacher (RYT500), Shiatsu Practitioner and Pilates Teacher.
