Having struggled with an eating disorder throughout my teens and early 20’s, I have a deep understanding of how our relationship with food and eating can affect our lives. I’ve gone to the extremes with diets and exercise. I’ve experienced first-hand how unhealthy this behavior is and how much damage it does to the body… and self-esteem! I eventually found the middle way in life – a balanced approach to eating, exercising and living.
I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for 14 years, incorporating my experience and knowledge to guide my clients to find a balanced approach to their health and wellbeing. I’m qualified as an MB-EAT facilitator, Nutritional Therapist, Yoga Teacher (RYT200), Shiatsu Practitioner and Pilates Teacher.
